We love the house! We are very happy with it.  We are continuously amazed by the level of craft and carefullnes you all put into your work. It really shows and is a very rare thing to find these days. We are sure glad we found you all!

I just wanted to send you a note to tell you how much we still love our house and also to tell you that people are still stopping by and showering us with compliments. They also stop by to ask about the paint color (I've give out all my extra paint chips), the roof, the garden etc. One neighbor recently thanked us for not building a house that belongs in Aptos and that she was thankful we kept to the scale and style of the neighborhood. I'd still like more closets, but there's nothing else I'd give up so that's just the way it is. It does keep me pared down for sure.
